Is spray foam worth the extra cost over blown-in insulation in Delhi?
Usually not, unless your ductwork runs through the attic. Foam costs more because it seals air while it insulates, but in most attics, sealing the gaps first and then topping up with blown-in fill does the job for less. When the ducts are up there, foam on the underside of the roof keeps them inside the insulated space, and that's when I'll recommend it.
